- Set up full service, limited service, special event or banquet bars with beverages, mixes, condiments, garnishes, napkins, ice, glasses and utensils.
- May serve soft drinks, bottle or draft beer as needed.
- Replaces supplies as necessary; removes empty kegs and replaces with full ones, transfers cases of beer to refrigerator, removes cases of empty bottles and separates returnable empty bottles.
- May unload and stack beverage items and supplies for storage.
- Removes trash. Washes, cleans and dries bar glasses, utensils and equipment.
- Ensures working area is maintained according to appropriate sanitation and safety standards to included, but not limited to sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning sinks, walls, cabinets, etc.
- Assist in taking inventory at required intervals.
- Responsible for complying with all safety, fire and sanitation rules and regulations.
