Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages promptly and courteously.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
Assist new patients with registration forms and clinic policies.
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits when applicable.
Collect copays, payments, and outstanding balances.
Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
Coordinate with providers to ensure efficient patient flow.
Respond to patient questions regarding appointments, services, and office policies.
Process insurance information and assist with basic billing inquiries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Handle confidential patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Perform general administrative duties, including scanning documents, filing, and office organization.
Qualifications
