We are seeking friendly, motivated, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our front-of-house team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you.

Job Summary

Servers play a vital role in delivering exceptional hospitality by guiding guests through their dining experience with professionalism, attentiveness, and menu knowledge. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and are passionate about providing outstanding service.

Competitive pay with full minimum wage plus tips. Part-time hours are available, primarily evenings, with lunch shifts available as business needs require.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Guide guests through the menu by answering questions and making thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
• Accurately enter guest orders into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy
• Monitor tables throughout the dining experience and anticipate guest needs
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
• Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities
• Work collaboratively with hosts, bussers, food runners, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to provide seamless service
• Uphold the restaurant's standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food and beverage knowledge is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
