As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven Project Manager to help lead our installation operations from start to finish.
Position Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential and commercial HVAC installation projects — from pre-job coordination through final inspection and customer sign-off. This person will serve as the bridge between the office, field technicians, and customers, ensuring every job is completed on time, on budget, and to our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage scheduling, workflow, and daily coordination of HVAC installation crews across residential and commercial job sites
Review project scopes, proposals, and job documentation prior to mobilization
Conduct pre-job site walks and post-installation quality inspections
Communicate directly with customers throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and resolving issues promptly
Coordinate material orders, equipment deliveries, and subcontractors as needed
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with Ohio mechanical codes, permit requirements, and company standards
Track job costs and hours against estimates; flag variances early
Support the estimating process by providing field insight on labor, materials, and project conditions
Maintain accurate job records, inspection documentation, and closeout paperwork
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and professionalism among field personnel
Qualifications
3 years of experience in HVAC installation, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or project coordination role
Working knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems (heat pumps, air handlers, ductless mini-splits, gas furnaces, packaged units)
Familiarity with Ohio mechanical permitting and inspection processes preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills — able to manage multiple jobs simultaneously
Comfortable using technology for scheduling, job tracking, and documentation
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
EPA 608 certification preferred
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
