The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the recruiting, selection and hiring processes for select direct care roles. In addition, this team member will manage student awareness and engagement opportunities at ChildServe.

- Recruitment & Awareness: Lead targeted talent acquisition efforts, manage job postings, and collaborate with marketing and hiring leaders to develop innovative recruiting strategies.
- Employment Selection: Independently evaluate applicant qualifications and fit, analyze sourcing data to optimize recruitment strategies, and partner with management on HR policies and compliance.
- Hiring Process: Ensure wage practices and hiring processes comply with policies; communicate hiring decisions to applicants.
- Student Engagement: Coordinate career fairs and conferences, manage materials and swag, and track ROI; drive innovative recruiting strategies and serve as the primary contact for student experience. Build relationships with high schools, universities, student clubs, and community organizations in effort to build a strong pipeline of future hires.
- Student Program Development: Drive student engagement by developing impactful programs and events, guide leaders in creating meaningful student learning experiences, manage the High School School-to-Work program, maintain internship training materials, and establish evaluation processes to ensure alignment with ChildServe’s mission and strategic talent pipeline goals.
- Bachelors preferred. Two-year associates degree or equivalent experience required.
- Healthcare experience, preferred.
- Minimum of six months of experience with ATS, preferred.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively and professionally in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
