Schedule Generally you’ll work varied PM Shifts (12pm-8pm) with varying weekends shifts. The PM Shift Supervisor may be expected to work extended hours or within a flexible schedule to help cover AM/PM/NOC shifts when needed.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Supervise and support staff by managing hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations; ensuring accurate documentation; maintaining proper staffing levels; and overseeing timecard and scheduling processes in line with ChildServe guidelines.
- Oversee resident care by ensuring care plans and daily routines are followed, healthcare needs are met, and staff interactions are appropriate.
- Attend care meetings managing supplies and equipment and maintaining required certifications such as Certified Med Aid and Chauffeur’s License.
- Education & Experience: Associate degree in human services, early childhood, or child development (or equivalent experience); at least 1 year in ICF/DD or working with children; supervisory experience preferred.
- Skills & Requirements: Strong English communication skills; ability to lift 35 lbs and perform physical tasks; must be eligible to drive for ChildServe.
- Certifications (Preferred): CMA, Medication Manager, or CNA certifications are a plus; must be willing to obtain Certified Med Aide and Chauffeur’s License.
