Job Title: Associate GSRP Teacher
Location: Canton, MI

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children and staff
- Follow all State of Michigan policies and regulations
- Be familiar with and execute emergency procedures as needed
- Implement a variety of activities and experiences that align with the curriculum
- Support children’s emotional and social development while building their self-esteem
- Utilize positive redirection techniques to guide behavior
- Establish a diverse and inclusive classroom that fosters equality for all children, regardless of gender, race, or developmental needs
Qualifications:
. CDA or Higher
- Experience in the GSRP program a plus
- Strong classroom and curriculum organization skills
- Experience working with children in a daycare or school setting is required
