EEC Lead Coordinator/Assistant Director
Large center-based program in operation for 30 years with two locations located in Everett looking for center counterpart to assist Director in daily operations. Able to work flexibility with opening 7am and/or closing shift 6pm or/ both if needed occasionally in the management role. Licensed capacity 41 children within 5 classrooms.
We are currently looking to hire an experienced Full Time Experienced EEC LEAD Coordinator with LT Infant, LT Toddlers, LT PS, LT PRE-K, and Director I and Director II
Pay negotiable based on experience and EEC qualifications/college experience.
MUST have some to all experience with:
- EEC regulations and compliance
- Opening and closing center operations
- Parent payments
- Family tours and enrollment
- Voucher billing
- Food program management
- Classroom coordination
- Licensing documentation
- Staff and child record management
- Parent communication
Knowledge with all EEC regulations/ Compliance/Ratios/Licensing Documents and Staff/Childrens Record Checklists
All Applicants MUST be Teacher Certified by EEC and have completed the EEC Strong Start 2.0 Essentials-

Must be able to bend, squat and lift up to 30 pounds without any restrictions. Must be able to provide attentive and responsive care to infants. Communicate with families regarding child development and care and follow all EEC regulations along with SIDS prevention strategies.
Must be a team player and offer solutions and suggestions freely and willingly.
