Overview
Manages outpatient pharmacy operations including development of programs at all sites. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the outpatient pharmacy location. Coordinates departmental performance improvement activities and participates in hospital performance improvement activities. Provides quality patient care. Role may allow for remote work based on the needs of the department at the discretion of the manager/supervisor

Responsibilities
- Manages the provision of pharmacy services
- Coordinates departmental and organizational quality improvement activities in areas of responsibility
- Personnel Management
- Develops clinical practice and maintains competencies and skills of a clinician and pharmacist
- Contributes to the practice of the Pharmacy
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Master's Degreee preferred
- 3 years of experience of equivalent 1 yr residency and one year working experience OR 2 year residency (with one year management emphasis) may substitute for 3 years experience; Experience as a pharmacist in a hospital environment with responsibility for coordinating pharmacy services would be most helpful for this position.

- Employees must obtain Licensed Pharmacist - MO or equivalent within 90 days
