We are seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic preschool Teacher with at least 1 year of experience working with young children. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment, and skilled in engaging children in meaningful learning activities that support their growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for all children.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Engage children in interactive learning experiences that encourage growth and creativity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Supervise children at all times and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with parents regarding children's progress, development, and daily activities.
- Observe and document children's development and learning milestones.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support school programs and classroom needs.
- Step into other classrooms as needed to provide support and maintain quality care throughout the school.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of childcare or early childhood teaching experience.
- Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for fostering a positive learning experience for young children.
- Ability to maintain a well-organized and professional classroom environment.
- Responsible to drive Mini bus(Required age : 25 )
