Lead Pediatric Physical Therapist – Full-Time
Children's Therapy of Woodinville is seeking a full-time Lead Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our established outpatient pediatric clinic.

- Full-time (40 hours per week), salaried position
- Salary range: $90,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience
- Pediatric outpatient caseload (typically ages 0–18)
- Consistent weekday schedule
- Lead and support the Physical Therapy team through mentorship, clinical guidance, and collaboration
- Caseload of approximately 30 treatment visits per week, with approximately 10 hours dedicated to documentation, leadership responsibilities, and program development
- Participate in weekly leadership meetings with clinic management
- Play an active role in developing clinical systems, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement, therapist development, and strategic planning

Caseload May Include
- Infant development and torticollis
- Developmental delay and hypotonia
- Balance, coordination, and motor planning challenges
- Cerebral palsy and genetic syndromes
- Brachial plexus injuries
- Post-surgical and post-trauma rehabilitation
- Gait abnormalities and orthopedic conditions
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Washington
- Minimum of five years of pediatric physical therapy experience
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience treating infants through adolescents in an outpatient pediatric setting
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Passion for mentoring clinicians and contributing to a positive team culture
