Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based at our clinics in Bellevue, WA and Issaquah, WA.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate pediatric clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver goal-oriented therapy sessions to address mobility, strength, coordination, and functional skills. Daily responsibilities include documenting assessments and progress notes, collaborating with families and caregivers on home programs, and working closely with other therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. The role involves using age-appropriate therapeutic interventions, monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and participating in team meetings and case reviews. The Physical Therapist will also provide education to caregivers and support a safe, engaging clinical environment for children.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to pediatric populations.
- Experience in Rehabilitation, including designing and implementing individualized therapy plans to improve functional outcomes.
- Demonstrated skills in Patient Care, focusing on safety, empathy, and family-centered practices.
- Ability to support Home Care carryover through clear caregiver education and development of practical home exercise programs.
- Valid Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of Washington.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Prior experience in pediatric therapy or strong interest in working with children and families.
- Effective communication, time management, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
