Food Service at Main Campus McWane Building
Work schedule will be Full-time on the Rotating Shift, 6a-2pm, 11-7. Monday-Friday, alternating weekends and holidays.
Summary
The Cook position performs a variety of food service and sanitation duties, which may include but are not limited to: proper handling of food, general cleaning, sweeping and mopping, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, preparation of food items for any of the outlets in the health system, an ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and an ability to work with the public and others.

Must demonstrate positive interpersonal relations in dealing with members of Children's of Alabama staff, co-workers in the department, patients and patient's families to effectively meet customer's needs, provide a safe environment, and provide teamwork to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals. Must be able to write, read, speak and understand English. Must have legible hand writing.
