Job Summary
The Project Manager plays a key role in transforming Children’s Miracle Network’s strategic and operational priorities into measurable results that directly support our mission to raise funds for children’s healthcare. This role leads high-impact, cross-functional projects from concept through completion, ensuring initiatives are purpose-driven, strategically aligned, and help achieve the organizations goals. The Project Manager role fosters collaboration, removes barriers, and drives accountability across teams and stakeholders. A successful candidate brings expertise in project management, strategic understanding, and change leadership—paired with a passion for enabling teams to deliver lasting impact and value.
Core Duties
- Strategic Alignment & Prioritization – Partner with leadership to ensure all projects directly support and advance organizational strategies and goals achievement. Assess competing priorities, recommend sequencing, and ensure that outcomes deliver meaningful value and impact.
- Project Planning & Execution – Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining objectives, scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and success metrics. Lead project kick-offs, assign roles, and manage day-to-day execution to ensure projects and deliverables meet expectations for quality, budget, and timing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Build and maintain strong working relationships across teams and departments to foster accountability and engagement. Facilitate effective communication and alignment, resolve roadblocks quickly, and ensure all team members understand priorities, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Monitoring, Reporting & Risk Management – Track progress using designated project management tools (e.g., Asana), monitor KPIs and milestones, proactively anticipate and mitigate risks before they impact outcomes, and provide regular, clear updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Process & Resource Optimization – Develop and maintain accurate documentation, coordinate internal resources including people, time and budgets to meet project needs and Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes to increase efficiency across the organization.
- Stakeholder & Change Management – Engage internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to clarify needs, gather requirements, communicate progress, and drive adoption of new initiatives, systems, or processes by applying change management best practices.
Additional Duties
- Champion a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration across all projects.
- Contribute to the creation of templates, dashboards, and reporting tools to enhance project visibility.
- Support cross-departmental workshops, planning sessions, and initiative launches.
- Document lessons learned from completed projects to inform future work.
- Provide informal training or mentorship on project management best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of strategic work and goals.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Project Management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of project management experience, preferably supporting enterprise-wide or cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience using modern project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholder groups.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Certifications
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) (or completion within one year of hire).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Asana.

Job Location: This role is eligible to be a remote position but employment is only available to individuals living in the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CO, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, ME, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NM, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY. Currently, we limit eligible states for new remote positions to those where we already have established operations.

Salary : $72,000 - $81,000
