Duties
- Lead Management--Respond to all inquiries (calls, website, walk ins, referrals) within 5-15 minutes
- Track leads in Intellikids
- Execute consistent follow-up cadence
- Re-engage cold leads and past tours
- Collaborate with administration to coordinate tours, answer questions, and facilitate a positive onboarding experience for new families
- Assist with outreach efforts by recruiting new families through community events, school fairs, and local partnerships
- Maintain organized records of inquiries, applications, and follow-up communications to ensure timely processing
- Support ongoing communication efforts by preparing informational materials and updates for prospective families
- Address concerns about tuition costs, availability, child readiness, comparison to other centers
- Enrollment Tracking and Reporting--Maintain daily metrics: Leads, Tours scheduled, Tours Completed, Conversion Rates
- Provide weekly enrollment reports to leadership
- Marketing Support (Local Growth)--Build Relationships with: Local elementary schools, realtors, pediatricians, and community groups
- Assist with: Events/Open Houses, Social Media Content (photos, testimonials), Referral Programs
Experience
Sales Experience:
- Childcare enrollment/daycare tours
- Private school admissions
- Membership sales
Strong Bonus:
Not required---but VERY helpful
- Worked at a preschool or daycare
- Former teacher or assistant director
- Experience in early childhood programs
- Community Outreach or Networking
- CRM/Lead Management Experience
- Customer Service Relationship Building
