- Manage classroom activities with effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and emotional regulation.
- Support children’s developmental milestones through tailored lesson planning, early intervention strategies, and individualized attention for children with special needs or requiring additional support.
- Maintain accurate documentation of each child's progress, including assessments, standardized testing results, and behavioral observations.
- Foster strong communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on their child's development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational approach that promotes childhood development and child welfare across all programs.
Experience
- Proven classroom experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques suitable for toddlers through preschool-aged children.
- Strong communication skills essential for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners effectively.
