Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills
- Support children's emotional needs through active listening and encouragement
- Communicate effectively with parents about daily activities, milestones, and significant concerns
- Assist with daily routines such as potty training, meal times, naps, hygiene, and outdoor play
- Lead or participate in events or activities aimed at supporting the children
- Model positive behavior and guiding children through peer interactions
Skills
- Experience working with children in church or childcare settings
