What You’ll Do
The Member Experience Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting membership operations, engagement, and outreach initiatives. In addition to providing department and project support, this role acts as the primary contact for member inquiries and ensures accurate management of contact, organization, and engagement data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

This pay range shown is a guideline. Min: $45,000 Max: $88,000 Compensation is based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.

What You’ll Do
The Member Experience Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting membership operations, engagement, and outreach initiatives. In addition to providing department and project support, this role acts as the primary contact for member inquiries and ensures accurate management of contact, organization, and engagement data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Handle all questions and information requests through the membership support box, phone calls, and internal/external inquiries for membership and membership-related concerns.
- Develop and build strong relationships with a variety of contacts, including hospital senior executives and their support staff through phone and/or email, actively solving problems and answering inquiries.
- Manage and supports projects aimed at increasing member engagement and promoting the value of CHA membership.
- Support meeting and event processes by ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and distribution of key materials and deliverables.
- Manage and update contact and organizational changes in the CRM, verifying credibility and accuracy of information. Act as a CRM superuser, working collaboratively with CRM Administrator and team to ensure data quality, reporting, and workflows match business operations.
- Drive efficiency in activities through the creation of templates, processes, workflows, and tools.
- Support conference and affinity group programs by scheduling webinars, managing registration, and supporting on-site meetings.
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in an administrative, customer-focused role.
- Advanced knowledge of Customer Relationship Management programs; Salesforce knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with experience managing and supporting multiple people, projects, and tasks at the same time.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Sound professional judgment and discretion; strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- Knowledge of the health care industry, including key terms.
