Strategic Partnership Specialist (SPS)
Job Summary
The role of the Strategic Partnership Specialist is to generate leads, promote healthy partnerships, and nurture on-going relationships with Churches and schools.
Key Job Functions
· Generate partnership leads
· Relationship building with team and potential partners
· Support the creation of healthy partnerships utilizing product and service offering of CHC
General Job Functions
· Embrace, embody, support, and communicate the CHC vision, mission, values and purpose
· Acquire and maintain organizational knowledge
· Relate skillfully and sensitively to multiple denominations within a specific region
· Knowledge, use, and competency of CRM tool
Required Skills and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree
· Ability to articulate effectively, intelligently, credibly, and passionately the story of CHC and the nature of international orphan care, poverty alleviation, and asset-based community development
· Ability to create, implement, evaluate, and maintain effective lead generating strategies and collateral materials
· High competency in relationship building and communication

· Mature Christian faith exhibiting a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
· Exceptionally high level of honesty and integrity
· Passionate commitment to CHC mission and core values supported by a servant’s heart
· Self-starter, results oriented and tenacious
· Team orientated
· Effectively work with multiple teams
· Excellent relationship skills with demonstrated ability to earn trust and confidence of others
· Professional demeanor in written and oral communication
· Organized and efficient in administration and establishing and maintaining team reporting protocol and records
· Creative and energetic problem solver
· Comfortable in relating to a wide variety of people and personalities
· Intelligent listener and good interpersonal communicator

Desired Qualifications
· Experience and success working with churches of various denominations
· Strong corporate aptitude
· Experience working with people who have access to a large network of Churches
· Cross-cultural ministry experience
· Relationships within a network of Churches
Travel – day travel
· Travel to meetings with Church and school leaders

Daily/weekly Responsibilities
· Meet with partners and in-country points of contact
· Pursue new partnerships through emails, phone/Zoom calls, and in-person meetings
· Use of CRM tool
· Communication with all staff through Slack
