Job Summary:

The Partnership Engagement Manager will play a key role in expanding program reach and strengtheningcommunity partnerships. This position is responsible for recruiting and securing worksites for theTeensWork Alachua Program, ensuring meaningful opportunities for participating youth. The Manager willalso actively recruit for and build lasting relationships with employers and partners for the GoodwillTemps,supporting workforce development initiatives. Success in this role requires a strong community presence,including attending public meetings, engaging in local events, and networking with businesses andstakeholders to promote programs and identify new opportunities for collaboration.

Salary : $62,400
