The Data and Analytics Support Specialist support the agency’s data-informed decision-making by cleaning, analyzing, and reporting on operational and programmatic data. Under supervision of the Data Analyst, this position works collaboratively across departments to assist with reporting, dashboards, and analysis that helps inform service delivery, performance monitoring, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Preparation
- Clean, validate, and integrate data from various systems
- Maintain documentation for data definitions, workflows, and business rules
- Assist with data integration and mapping across systems
- Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability
- Enable automated data extraction and preparation processes for reporting workflows.
Reporting & Visualization
- Develop reports, dashboards and summaries for compliance, audits, and presentations ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
- Support preparation of data summaries for audits, evaluations, and presentations
- Analyze data trends, provide insights, and communicate effective findings to diverse stakeholders
- Design user-friendly dashboards in collaboration with stakeholders, optimizing for automation, clarity, and actionable insights
Quality Improvement & Collaboration
- Monitor KPIs, participate in data quality audits and support initiatives that enhance program evaluation and strategic decision-making
- Assist with monitoring key metrics and outcomes for quality improvement efforts
- Work with cross-functional teams (IT, programs, QI) to implement models for better performance outcomes.

Compensation

Requirements:Qualifications:
- Associates OR Bachelor’s degree in data science, public health, social work, psychology, or a related field OR equivalent experience in data analytics and relevant business certifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a data role (internships or practicum work accepted).
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel; proficient in Power BI (tools Excel
- Familiarity with databases and/or SQL is required
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Preferred background experience in health and human services
Salary : $47,000 - $55,000
