Duties
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe and supportive environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Provide toddler care, including feeding, diapering, and assisting with daily routines.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging social interaction and emotional growth.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe play area for children.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and any concerns that arise.
- Observe children's behavior to identify any developmental issues or needs.
- Administer first aid when necessary and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Skills
- Experience in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles to support educational growth.
- Ability to educate children through play-based learning methods.
- Experience working with children of various ages, especially toddlers.
- Familiarity with caring for children with disabilities is a plus.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred.
