💼 What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Dental front-office leadership or supervisory role
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team
• Knowledge of PPO and HMO insurance plans
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in dental office software and systems
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Must enjoy working with children
• Customer service and sales experience
• Upbeat personality with a can-do attitude
• Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Motivated and eager to grow professionally
