Children’s Dental FunZone is seeking a Dental Biller. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, outgoing, confident team player, who works well with time management and is highly organized.

As a Dental Billier at Children's Dental FunZone, you will play a pivotal role in the financial operations of our practice. The ideal candidate will bring experience in dental billing, a robust understanding of insurance claims processing, and a passion for ensuring that children receive the highest quality oral health care. Dental Biller Responsibilities:

• Prepare billing statements promptly and accurately.
• Experience in HMO, PPO, and DENTI-CAL.
• Prepare claim forms for patients with dental insurance.
• Prepare and send overdue account letters as directed.
• Call patients and insurance companies with overdue accounts.
• Identifies and resolves patient billing questions and concerns.
• Post checks received each day.
• Enter financial transactions and miscellaneous correspondence into the system.
• Sort, organize, and distribute mail.
• Scan all related billing statements and documentation as assigned.
• Adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
