Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
2. Work with a diverse clientele, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual.
3. Collaborate with other therapists in a supportive and collegial atmosphere, fostering teamwork and shared learning.
4. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming office environment for clients.
5. Develop and implement treatment plans, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals.
6. Utilize your expertise to contribute to the growth and success of the counseling center.
7. Engage in continuous professional development and stay informed about best practices in mental health.
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Current state licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing mental health services.
- Strong clinical skills and competence in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and age groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of telehealth and practice management software, specifically SimplePractice
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Google applications.
