Children’s Behavioral Services is seeking a compassionate, motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing pediatric therapy team. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, play-based speech therapy in a supportive, clinic-based environment where collaboration and client progress are prioritized.
You’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, and Physical Therapists to deliver integrated, child-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one and small group therapy services
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Partner with families to support carryover strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Supervise and support SLP-A staff in accordance with Missouri regulations
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Missouri SLP license (or pending eligibility)
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
