What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2–12
- Implement behavior plans developed by BCBAs
- Collect and record behavioral data
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for working with children
- Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
