Essential Duties
- Understand and promote the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values to ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
- Oversee the organization, storage, and distribution of all camp supplies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory of materials, equipment, and food items.
- Coordinate and prepare daily lunch and snack setups for camper groups, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Ensure supply closets, storage areas, and kitchen spaces are consistently clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Supervise, train, and support Supply Aide staff; assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Assist camp divisions and staff with supply needs and general support as required.
- Monitor supply usage and communicate restocking needs to camp administration in a timely manner.
- Enforce proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
- Help develop systems to improve efficiency in supply management and distribution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of cleanliness and sanitation practices is a plus.
