Summary: This position is responsible for overall supervision of the Family Partners. This position is Birmingham based and statewide travel is required.
Minimum Education:Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling.
Minimum Work Experience: Five years of post-graduate experience working with children, youth, and families with supervisory experience required
Required Licenses/Certifications: Licensed as an LMSW, LICSW or LPC in the State of Alabama. Valid Alabama driver license and auto insurance minimum liability 100/300.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills. Computer proficiency. Ability to supervise staff teams; ability to meet program goals, meet terms of grants and contracts, maintain census, work effectively with DHR and other funding sources; ability to work on a grant writing team for program funding renewals and for the acquisition of new grants and contracts. Ability to demonstrate cultural and socioeconomic proficiency. Understanding of and commitment to trauma informed care.
Required Internal Certification/Trainings: Bi-annual TB skin test/medical report; COA required trainings.
List any physical requirements: Overnight travel required. On-call, ability to work flexible hours.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
