Children's Aid Society seeks a Childcare Associate to help run our program offerings in York and Adams County: The Incredible Years and Parent Support Groups!
Under the supervision of the Director of Parent Education, the Childcare Associate is responsible for direct care and supervision of children participating in various programs.
Typical work schedule: Part-time (8 - 12 hours/week), Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and supervision of children and act as a positive role model.
- Provide excellent classroom management and supervision of children and volunteers.
- Maintain confidentiality of all program-related materials, clients, and cases..
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Have experience in volunteering for a non-profit program
- Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
