What You’ll Do
- Run residential and light commercial service calls
- Diagnose heating and cooling system issues
- Repair and service:
- Furnaces
- Air conditioners
- Heat pumps
- Air handlers
- Thermostats
- Ductless mini-splits
- Perform routine maintenance and system safety checks
- Clearly explain issues, repairs, and recommendations to customers
- Provide repair and upgrade options when needed
- Complete service documentation (invoices, photos, notes) using company software
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
- Follow all safety procedures and industry standards
- Deliver professional, on-time service while in uniform
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
- Work closely with dispatch and team members to complete jobs efficiently
- Protect customers’ homes with proper care (shoe covers, drop cloths, cleanup)
What We’re Looking For
- HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, refrigerant, airflow, mechanical)
- EPA certification (preferred or required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- Ability to:
- Lift equipment
- Climb ladders
- Work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments
