What You’ll Do
- Monitor Texas Rising Star (TRS) activities to ensure compliance with TRS Guidelines, Texas Workforce Commission rules, and related requirements.
- Review documentation, Continuous Quality Improvement Plans (CQIPs), andprovideragreements for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Conduct audits, track compliance data, andidentifytrends or risks requiring follow ‑ up or corrective action.
- Maintain organized, audit ‑ ready records and prepare clear reports on compliance activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners while upholding ChildCareGroup’s mission, values, and standards of integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least one year of experience in compliance, monitoring, quality assurance, or a related role; Texas Rising Starand Texas Workforce Registryexperience preferred.
- Proven understanding of Texas Rising Star and Texas Workforce Commission Child Care regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation, analyze data, and follow established procedures.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
