Essential Duties And Responsible
Wednesday and Saturday or Sunday, 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.

Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement. Floor services to be performed every other month, window cleaning services to be performed bi-annually
Essential Duties And Responsible
- Coordinates and performs general custodial functions such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, light fixtures, carpet and tile floors.
- Restroom maintenance, replenishing supplies and applying cleaning chemicals as appropriate.
- Performs minor maintenance and repair work on custodial equipment.
- Cleans, dust, and inspects areas such as restrooms, offices, and other facilities as needed.
- Operates floor maintenance equipment, including buffers, strippers, upright and backpack vacuums.
- Inspects buildings for cleanliness, completed work, and needed repairs.
- Maintains inventory records of building property, custodial equipment, materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Performs related as assigned.
- $13.00 to $15.00 per hour depending on experience for Janitorial, $17.00 to $18.00 while performing floor services
Wednesday and Saturday or Sunday, 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
