What You’ll Do
- Lead and strengthen inclusion and behavioral health services across Head Start and Early Head Start programs to ensure children receive timely, high‑quality support.
- Ensure full compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, Child Care Licensing, and contractual requirements related to disabilities, mental health, and inclusion.
- Supervise, coach, and develop inclusion staff while building effective systems for assessment, service delivery, and continuous quality improvement.
- Partner with educators, families, and community providers to coordinate services, address behavioral and mental health needs, and promote inclusive practices.
- Use data, analysis, and collaboration to guide decision‑making, improve program outcomes, and advance ChildCareGroup’s mission.
- Bachelor’s degree in special education, counseling, psychology, early childhood education, or a related field required, Master’s degree preferred.
- At least two years of experience providing inclusion or behavioral health services, preferably within Head Start, Early Head Start, or early childhood settings.
- Experience supporting children with disabilities, developmental delays, or behavioral or mental health needs within regulated programs.
- Knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards, Child Care Licensing requirements, and best practices related to inclusion and behavioral health services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, guided by a commitment to equity, collaboration, and ChildCareGroup’s mission and values.
