What You’ll Do
- Monitor Child Care Assistance records to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Track, analyze, and trend error data to support quality improvement and targeted training.
- Prepare and share monitoring reports with leadership to support transparency and accountability.
- Provide guidance and feedback to staff in a supportive, growth‑focused manner.
- Collaborate with the Compliance team to strengthen processes and promote best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience supporting compliance, monitoring, or quality assurance.
- Experience with compliance‑driven programs, audits, or documentation review; child care or workforce programs preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, discretion, and a commitment to integrity and CCG’s mission and values.
