Duties
- Lead the planning and implementation of age-appropriate curriculum
- Supervise classroom activities to ensure effective classroom management, behavior management strategies, and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor and assess children's progress through observations and standardized testing to tailor instruction effectively.
- Foster strong communication with parents and guardians regarding children's development, milestones, and classroom experiences.
- Maintain compliance with childcare regulations, health guidelines, and licensing requirements while promoting a safe, welcoming environment for children.
Skills
- Proven experience working with children across various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers.
- Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and literacy education.
- Expertise in behavior management techniques tailored to young children’s needs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and community partners.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
