The Details
Part-time (10–20 hours/week)
Hybrid: mostly remote, with at least one in-person day per week in Santa Monica / Marina del Rey
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping both home and office life running smoothly (mail, packages, returns, logistics)
- Organizing spaces and systems so everything has a place
- Managing inboxes and helping maintain clear, timely communication
- Coordinating schedules and calendars
- Supporting across platforms like Slack and Google Drive
- Handling a mix of personal business tasks with discretion and efficiency
