CAT Department:

Job Summary for Temporary Part-Time Office Manager:
- Provides professional back-office clerical and/or front-office reception functions that support quality clinical services, efficient business practices and engaged customer service to support the CAT program.
- Assists Program Director with compiling monthly reporting, appropriateness for referrals, etc.
- Gathers CAT data from staff and maintains a current tracking document to meet grant requirements.
Requirements
Education and Experience Requirements for Temporary Part Time Office Manager:
- A high-school diploma and at least two years office experience.
- Intermediate computer skills
- Office Suite and an electronic health record.
Preferred Experience for Temporary Part Time Office Manager:
- Previous work in a medical setting.
- Paid experience working with children and their families.
