Competitive Starting Pay
Teacher Positions $19.50–$26.00 per hour Starting pay is based on education, credentials, and experience.
Teacher Assistant Positions $19.00–$21.00 per hour Starting pay is based on education, credentials, and experience.

Qualifications
Qualifications vary by position and may include:
● High school diploma or equivalent
● CDA Credential or willingness to obtain, depending on the position
● Early Childhood Education coursework or degree preferred for teaching positions
● Experience working with infants, preschool-age, or school-age children preferred
● Ability to meet state licensing requirements, including successful completion of required background checks
