Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as School Program Staff. This role is essential in providing a nurturing and educational environment for children. Duties
- Supervise and engage with children during program activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Implement educational and recreational activities that promote learning and development.
- Assist in behavior management strategies to support positive interactions among students.
- Provide guidance and support for children with special needs, utilizing knowledge of special education practices.
- Facilitate theater-related activities that encourage creativity and self-expression.
- Maintain open communication with parents, staff, and students regarding individual progress and program updates.
- Administer first aid as necessary, ensuring the health and safety of all participants.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is required.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles is essential.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques to effectively support student interactions.
- Certification in First Aid is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
