As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will oversee associates as they work on building, nurturing and maintaining high-level relationships with our customers. You’ll develop, coach, and empower staff while ensuring they have the tools, guidance, and communication needed to resolve challenges effectively.

What You’ll Do
- Support and guide a team of Customer Service Specialists, helping them grow, stay motivated, and deliver exceptional service every day.
- Serve as a trusted resource for staff, providing support, clarity, and solutions when escalated or complex customer concerns arise.
- Monitor performance and service levels, ensuring daily goals are met and identifying opportunities to improve processes, communication, and team success.
- Keep leadership informed through clear, timely reporting, sharing insights from daily, weekly, and monthly data to support quality and continuous improvement.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and customer-centered environment, ensuring your team has the tools and support they need to thrive.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or comparable experience may be substituted in place of a degree.
- Two or more years of customer service or call center experience with a commitment to delivering compassionate, high‑quality support.
- Supervisory or lead experience with the ability to coach and motivate a team in alignment with CCG’s mission and values.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills that support staff and strengthen customer experiences.
- A collaborative, mission‑driven mindset with the ability to use tools, data, and organization to help families thrive.
