About The Role

You Will
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Centre Directors to understand workforce needs
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including innovative resourcing and screening
- Support immigration processes and compliance requirements
- Manage onboarding, contract variations and HRIS entries
- Coordinate trainee onboarding/offboarding and reporting
- Contribute to workforce planning across services and programs
- Build relationships with external stakeholders through the Thriving Futures Program
- Champion positive workplace culture through committees such as DEI, RAP or Child Safety
You’ll be someone who is energised by people, processes and problem-solving. You’ll bring:
- A passion for recruitment and employee experience
- Cert IV in Human Resources (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment, business development, sales or administration OR 5 years’ experience as a Centre Director
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of Fair Work legislation, Awards and the National Employment Standards
- High-level computer literacy and confidence in HRIS systems (Employment Hero desirable)
- Advantageous: experience in early childhood education and care or OSHC sectors
