Overview
Engineering company is seeking a Bookkeeper/Assistant to join our team, based in Southampton and Puerto Rico. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining accurate records, managing accounts, and supporting various project related endeavors using Quickbooks and Office Suite. Should be detail oriented, good communicator, and have good typing skills. Position is on site.
Duties
- Bookkeeping using QuickBooks OnLine
- Bank reconciliations
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, bill payments, and collections.
- Run project reports from Quickbooks
- Payroll processing by verifying hours worked, calculating wages, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Organize and file
Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour
