What are the responsibilities and job description for the Powder Coat Support position at Chief?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare parts for the Powder Coating process, including cleaning, masking and hanging.
- Setup load and unload areas to be ergonomically correct for the hanging and unloading processes.
- Inspect coated parts for defects, uneven coating, drips or imperfections.
- Assist in the training and direction of co-workers in proper Safety, Quality and Powder Coat standards.
- Work with Supervisor and leadperson to determine the most efficient process to perform operations.
