What you'll do
- Review and process state-specific licensing, title, and renewal transactions in compliance with jurisdictional requirements
- Verify document accuracy and resolve discrepancies or processing issues
- Prepare applications and supporting documentation for timely submission
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners via email and Zendesk
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending items to meet SLA expectations
- Support team KPIs and contribute to a positive customer experience
What we're looking for
- High School diploma or GED required; valid driver's license required
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize high-volume work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills preferred
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems is a plus
- Background in automotive, transportation, or logistics is a plus — but not required
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
