Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the dining room, ensuring seamless service and maintaining impeccable standards
- Train, mentor, and motivate the front-of-house team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and ensure flawless execution of food and beverage service
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements, optimizing table turnover and accommodating special requests
- Monitor guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or feedback to ensure a memorable dining experience
- Maintain inventory levels of dining room supplies, including china, glassware, and linens
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fine Dining General Manager or in a similar leadership role within a high-end restaurant
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, wine, and spirits
