Educational Assistant I (EAI)

Chickering School in Dover, MA, is seeking a Kindergarten Educational Assistant to work with classroom teachers and students to support academic and social-emotional learning activities, supervise lunchroom and recess, and assist teachers with materials preparation. Educational Assistants will be provided support and direction from general education staff. This assignment will begin on January 5, 2026, through the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. Hourly rate: $23.92 Primary responsibilities: -To nurture and support students. Support and facilitate classroom activities and instruction -Implement designated academic learning activities and positive behavior support plans -Communicate with educators regarding student progress -Assist classroom teachers in creating materials for student use.
