Chicken N Pickle is looking for an experienced Baker / Pastry Chef to lead and grow our baking program. We’re looking for a hands-on baking professional with an extensive background in high-volume production who understands both the craft of baking and the operational side of building a successful program.
The ideal candidate has experience leading a bakery or pastry operation, managing a team, developing production systems, and scaling a business or food program as it grows. Experience in a large-scale hospitality, restaurant, bakery, or foodservice operation is highly valued.

What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day baking and pastry production in a high-volume environment
- Develop and maintain recipes, production standards, and quality controls
- Build efficient systems and processes to support growth and increased volume
- Hire, train, and develop bakery team members
- Manage inventory, food costs, labor, and production schedules
- Partner with culinary and operations leadership to expand and improve the program
- Maintain high standards for quality, consistency, food safety, and presentation
- Extensive professional baking and/or pastry experience
- Proven experience in a high-volume production environment
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Experience building, expanding, or scaling a bakery, pastry, or food production operation
- Strong understanding of food cost, labor management, production planning, and operational efficiency
- Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build something from the ground up
- Hospitality, restaurant, bakery, catering, or large-scale foodservice experience preferred
