We are driven to provide our employees with a supportive, meaningful work environment by bringing voices to the table and providing opportunities for mentorship with career growth. We are looking for interns to take part in our immersive 8-week internship program where you'll be primarily focused on driving and completing key projects for your core team while gaining valuable exposure to departments like Community, Marketing, Operations, Pickleball, and People (HR), and working collaboratively with your fellow interns.
Qualifications
14 - 14 USD per hour (Home Office)

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
- Basic understanding of design principles or experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skill
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Transcript reflecting a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- 12 volunteer hours completed
- Manage and update website content, event calendars, and ticket links
- Support digital marketing initiatives across web, email, and social platforms
- Assist with content creation, including captions, graphics, short-form videos, and stories for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and community interactions to strengthen brand presence
- Provide creative input and design support for marketing materials and campaigns
- Assist with building, loading, and scheduling marketing emails
- Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams in weekly strategy meetings
- Stay up to date with emerging design trends, social media innovations, and digital best practices
- Act as a CNP brand steward
- Attend and participate in CNP internship activities with fellow interns
