If so, Chicken N Pickle is on the hunt for an energetic and driven Assistant Kitchen Manager to help lead our Back of House team in delivering crave-worthy eats and seamless service—both in our scratch kitchen and during high-volume catering events. In this role, you’ll partner with the Executive KM to execute our food and beverage menus, support kitchen operations, and rally the team to bring the heat (and the flavor) every shift.
You’ll manage BOH schedules, control COGS, and ensure food safety standards are always met. From prep and inventory to recipe execution, you’ll keep the line moving, the plates perfect, and the vibe positive. In This Role, You Will
Compensation: $55,000 - $62,000 Monthly Bonuses

In This Role, You Will
- Coordinate daily Back of House operations and supervise food prep, recipe execution, and supervise catering events.
- Monitor and develop new and current kitchen teammates, and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations and maintain a fully-stocked kitchen inventory, control operational costs, and evaluate the kitchen’s areas to improve.
- Estimate kitchen’s needs for goods, and create detailed reports weekly, monthly, and annually for revenues and expenses.
- Participate in the active environment of Chicken N Pickle, with the employees averaging around 10 thousand steps per day.
Compensation: $55,000 - $62,000 Monthly Bonuses
